Smooths, soothes and really does a great job on dark circles and wrinkles. I really love it! It works better than the $70.00 eye cream I just got from a high end company! A must try, works great for sensitive eyes... It is important that you remember to shake it before applying it. I use a small dot and pat it on all around my eyes. I absolutely love it. I have been using it for a little over a year and notice a huge improvement in my dark circles, puffiness and wrinkles. Obviously I can't say enough about this eye serum! At 70 I have tried them all, and this IS the best I:be found.

This is not my first QrX product I have used. I was so happy with the facial moisturizer that when I went looking for a caffeine serum I was happy to try their product. It is a serum so it takes very little product. I don’t even use the dropper, I shake it up and dab my finger on the outside of the dropper and that’s the perfect amount to pat under and on the lids of both eyes. Darkness around my eyes is starting to fade and increased firmness on both eyelids and under eyes. As with most facial products, you have to be consistent with use and give it time to work. Must also protect the progress by using sunscreen and moisturizers! This brand smells phenomenal and takes very little product to cover desired area.

I have been using this product on and off for nearly a year. For awhile I thought it was not helping reduce my 70-year-old dark circles, so I quit using it. Then I started again, and realized that it works so incrementally that you may not be able to perceive the improvements on a day to day basis. I intend to keep using this product but I will have to transfer it to a dropper bottle with a normal lid. The locking lid on my bottle takes several frustrating minutes to open, which means I hate the product every time I use it. What a marketing failure, to have product packaging defeat product quality and customer experience. Five stars for the product minus two stars for terrible packaging.

I love the product. The serum works very well & is very moisturizing for someone like me who has lines around the eyes. I will order again when I run out. The reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that the packaging is child proof. I am 71 & have arthritis which creates difficulty with opening this bottle. Fortunately I had a different dropper that worked so I swapped them out. If one has no children in the house then it would be nice not to have to struggle with child proof packaging.

Bought this pretty sure it wasn't going to work but was swayed by all the other positive reviews. Seriously ladies, if you have dark circles and you pretty much came out of the womb with them, this is not going to help. News flash. Nothing is going to help that comes in a little bottle. As far as depuffing it gets an F from me. Zero difference to puffiness at all. I should have returned it. My bad once. Save your money. Same as any OTC product you could buy with the same lack of results of any kind. Waste of time and money.

This product is great! It takes just a tiny dab to do eyes so it will last for many months if not over a year. It's very thick and feels good on the eyes. My eyes look & feel great & it seems to moisturize well. Wonderful deal for such a professional product.

I'm 53 and have hereditary dark circles so wasn't expecting much but never tried a caffeine-based product. I put it under one eye for a week and if there was a difference is was borderline "placebo" (wishful thinking) causing me to think the eye was lighter. So it may be a little more than 0% effective, but don't expect any sort of miracle. I think it depends on the cause of your dark circles. More importantly, I just started to develop a very fine line (birth of eye bags) under one eye. I'm 99% sure this serum actually made the line more pronounced as the eye I used it on had no line to begin with but after a week of using this stuff starting to get a fine eye bag line. So it seems this solution may do the opposite of tightening the skin under your eyes! I've seen at least two other reviewers mention this same thing. Going in the garbage.
