Love the detail in this book!
I've been trying to hard to "Go Green" so this was the perfect book for me. The author did a great job of breaking down the benefits (some of which I already knew) and the recipes will definitely be ones I try out.But my FAVORITE part of the book were the descriptions of the vitamins and minerals and LISTING the foods that would help me get these things. I see this lacking in many other books I've checked out. I love to know that, if I want more calcium in my diet, my go-to foods are kale, broccoli, spinach, etc. Very resourceful.Definitely a 5-star book!

A great book for book beginners and experienced green smoothie drinkers
I started drinking green smoothies about a year ago and I love them. This books explains quite a lot about green smoothies before getting to the recipes.Sarah Sophia does a good job of explaining the reasons and most importantly the benefits of drinking green smoothies. There are many benefits to your health that are explained which help you to decide which ones you are interested in trying.This is a good book to get you going or expand your current smoothie collection.

Great smoothie recipes..
This is great little book that has a lot of different green smoothie recipes. I like how the author not only shares a ton of recipes but also gives reasons why green smoothies are soo good for you. For example, I didn't know these tasty smoothies can help improve cognitive functions and improve mental clarity!

Happy I downloaded this book for kindle. Great recipes made me excited to get my blender back out & start making those juices!

Just what I was looking for
A new fan of smoothie drinks, this book was the perfect compilation of tasty beverages and drinks for me. I have tried a few of the recipes already, and they are delicious! Great value!

Great reference
I have been a smoothie drinker for a while now, but wanted to incorporate more green ingredients like spinach and kale. This is a great recipe book for that.

Lots of delicious recipes!
I got this book a couple of weeks ago and so far I've tried "A Very Green Morning" and "The Post Gym Shake" - absolutely delicious smoothies!
