Very strong, sturdy and non-slip wooden cane. My husband is using it for 1 and half year and still it looks like new condition. It's not heavy but secures the balance very well. It's hand grip is perfectly fit any size hand. It's well made and it's secure and sturdy. It is made of wood and I see it is more masculine. If you need a cane, go for this one. It's simple and elegant. I don't know how they sell such a good cane this cheap.

I don't typically write product reviews, but after having read a few negative reviews of this item, I found myself pleasantly surprised with the product and wanted to share my thoughts. I very much like the cane for the following reasons: 1. It arrived earlier than expected...3 days earlier. 2. It's a very solid cane...it has a 1" diameter, and it's fairly heavy. 3. It's rated for weights between a maximum of 250-300 lbs. The included pics show both the rating on the cane's sticker and the rating on the included materials. Which one is correct? I'm going with what's on the sticker. 4. The finish is nice. I wasn't expecting an immaculate finish, but again, I was pleasantly surprised--very dark finish that doesn't look cheap. It looks nice. I "travel" with a treasured family heirloom cane that usually stays in my truck, for trips out in public. I wanted this cane for my "house cane," to keep in the house. However, this one is quickly becoming a favorite and will be making some trips, as well. 5. The cane is straight as an arrow. No bends, crooks, etc. 6. Mine came with a manufacturer's rubber tip attached. To make sure the cane was fully embedded in the tip, a few downward whacks of the tip driven into the floor did the trick. 7. The price...I got mine for $15. Can't beat a deal like that. Would I buy this again? Yes. I'll most likely be buying both of the other finishes of this model soon because they're a great deal and...I like canes.

High quality and looks great-

So I just got my hip replaced (yay me) that took me far too long to get. Anyway, I’m not exactly steady on my feet yet. So I use a cane. I had gotten givin a plastic handled metal gold up cane from the recovery house that about killed my hand. The handle was narrow, hard and hurt my had bad. Hand fatigue was no bull. Also, it just felt janky n unsteady.. so, I Bought these things! (Came with 2) Nice 1” thick wooden one piece canes. I feel like this is sturdy. It doesn’t rattle and make noise. Plus the thickness doesn’t cause hand fatigue near as fast. Once I modify it by wrapping the handle with paracord and setting a nice strong magnet in the bend (for picking up keys n keeping the cane from falling) it’ll probably not give hand pain at all.. we shall see

It is sturdier and better finished than I expected. A nice cane that can be taken through metal detectors.

Rarely do I really need to use a cane, and most of the time I carry one, it's actually for self defense and only have 1 (folding) cane that is not functional as a weapon. A bouncer at a bar I frequent has commented that all the canes I use are clearly combat grade canes and requested I no longer bring one of them because it is classified in the TSA guidelines as a weapon. It's not even my most dangerous or most obviously dangerous of canes, but it got me looking for a cane that could be used as a weapon but could not be argued was anything but a normal cane. My research had more than one source lead me to this particular brand of wooden cane and I am absolutely not disappointed. It is extremely sturdy and a very stiff hard wood and is the least expensive of all my canes. Frankly, though it is a lot lighter than that can I was asked not to take to the bar anymore, I would rather be hit by that cane than this one, because it actually has a little spring and flex to it whereas this one has no flex at all. It is definitely a great value for the cost, and is quite sturdy and comfortable when actually used like a cane too.

I've had numerous Carex round handle canes over the years.Generally speaking,quality is fine.Northern white ash for the black models,walnut and laminated wood for the brown one inch and seven eighth inch models.However,the last few I've purchased have had issues with straightness and varying weight and strength.These are made in China and while usually ok,I've gone to the Carex soft handle metal cane with the Derby grip.Incredibly comfortable and very strong.

Great cane some what lite and sturdy, had some confusion on how it was being delivered but all worked out. Would recommend if your looking for a cane.

Nice size and looks solid enough, but the handle's finish has rough patches and I had to retouch a scratch on top of the handle I preferred doing this instead of returning the item but have I known before, I would not have paid this much money for it. Kind of disappointed.

Overall good quality walking stick BUT came arrived without cane tip. I ordered another cane tip... extra $10. Not happy...

Cheap paint job; chips & scratches VERY easily. First day of use and the top of the cane (all sides) and around the handle had numerous small splits. Also a very light wood; not solid like Oak or Walnut...

Was cracked !!!
