The tinnitus pills may not work for everyone. It will not get rid of the ringing but it has helped
I have been taking the Arches Tinnitus pills since January 2019. And I believe they are helping with my tinnitus. I have ringing in both ears. And though it’s not a loud ringing it’s still ringing. The pills have made the ringing quieter. I can sleep better at nite and get through the days with a low ring which is manageable.

Didn't help with my tinnitus
This was very expensive and I feel like I wasted my money. I saw no change at all in the amount of tinnitus I have. I later went to an audiologist and told her I was taking these, and she confirmed that it won't help. I won't be ordering again.

Definitely decreases the ringing in my ears.
It may not work for all, but my ringing definitely decreased.

Works for me
This works for me. I've taken these almost as long as they have been on the market. 20+ years. I've stopped taking them 2 times during that duration and the ringing was worse, so I know it works. There is no cure yet sadly. I've done my research and am extremely knowledgeable in Tinnitus. The old saying what works for one might not work for another is true. Barry Keate is the co-founder of Arches. If anything, this man has over the years done lots of factual information on the current events and trials and tests going on with Tinnitus. Knowledge is power as they say. I'd highly recommend following him for that sort of info. You don't have a buy anything to do so. I've learned a lot from his reads.

No help at all!
So disappointed to find that this product did not help reduce my tinnitus at all. Went through 5 bottles, so more than gave it a chance, but this did not work.

Buyer Beware: Maltodextrin on Bottle but not in Image
I try to avoid Maltodextrin and check for this ingredient whenever I buy a product. Turn out its on the bottle but they failed to have it on the image in the product page. That's not acceptable when selling a product people are consuming, especially not at the prices they are asking for.

Works for me!
I take about 2 capsules of this product daily--one with my lunch and one with my dinner. After about one and half year, my tinnitus has been mostly manageable but not completely gone. I don't expect this supplement to cure me, but I'm at least happy for the results. Also, I take other supplements too as I noticed my tinnitus gets worst if I'm stressed. I take magnesium and CBD oil among other supplements to reduce my stress level. I'm sorry for those that this didn't work for them. I guess it is a hit and miss, and you won't know until you try them yourself.

Not for me and no refund option so be sure
I developed stomach discomfort from this product. I too as directed and it seemed like a lot of what they said was potent ginkgo beloba.]With the discomfort stopping after quitting it, I tried to get a refund from Amazon and was denied. I tried with the seller and they wouldn't respond. Be sure you can tolerate this product if you order it. I noticed it said I had to take it three months, most probably to get a 3 month sale) but my stomach could never handle that.
