One of the rolling pins is covered in some kind of glue and wood is malformed and unusable . Rest of set is perfect

Naturally the first product that I have ever purchased that I did not use until after its return date had passed I found was a joke. I do not see how this could possibly work. I got my cookie dough ready to roll out to make some Christmas cookies and no matter how I tried I could not make the rolling pins create a background. I guess I learned my lesson and will try anything I purchase when I get it even if it is not the season to use it.

Everything is a waste of money. Rolling pins don't work well for the design. The reindeer indents aren't deep enough to actually imprint in dough. And we didn't have any luck with the 3D cookie cutters either. The idea is really cool, but the execution is almost impossible. Dough gets bigger when cooked and there's not enough room in the cookie cutter to account for the dough size increase. So you're left with weird looking cookies.

This was a Christmas gift. perfect!

The engraving on the rolling pins need to be deeper

Don’t purchase this Item! Very poor quality! 2 of the cutters are broken and since it is tin, no way to repair. Rolling pins are not embossed enough to make a clear Print! I opened and checked box and then put away until ready to use. When I got them out last week and started to use,it was 1 week too late to return!!!! Big waste of $! Also no recipe included, directions or tips for using! Don’t make my same mistake!!!! $22. Down the kitchen drain!😠

This item arrived and it CLEARLY had been used already. Even though the product said NEW. I had wash off the cookie dough from the previous owner. Gross and disgusting.
