These are awesome patch chords that enables you to keep your pedals tight and organized.

The Donner cables were low priced, worked ok, and saved room. However, I had trouble plugging 2 of these cables into the stereo output of the Boss DD7 pedal. It was when the 2 cables are headed in opposite directions. So I had to use another cable I had for that 1 place. The head is a little long. Also, the cables were supossed to arrive with the Donner pedal I ordered from the same seller, but it wasnt in the bag. Even though the invoice said it was in there. That was probably just a packing issue from the seller. Amazon sent a replacement a couple days later.

These cables are great. The double L shape helps you save space on pedalboard. Highly recommend these patch cables.

I needed connecting patch cables that didn't take up very much room in order to fit my pedals on my pedal board. After trying a few different kinds, these turned out to be perfect, the best of all of the options I tried. Not too long, with flat angled plugs that fit pretty snugly against the pedal. They seem substantial enough that they aren't going to go bad.

great value for the money

These ( unlike the 12” Donner cables I last ordered expected to be flat but were not), are flat and very flexible. The uniquely shaped pancake jacks however are wide at the top compared to the smaller all around flat cables from either MXR or Earnie Ball ( I can’t remember offhand) but they are also cheaper by a fair bit. Pretty good but it’s harder to get pedals super extra tight together by offsetting the jacks . They need to be annoyingly more offset, flaring up my OCD mojo, mannnn. Otherwise pretty good especially for the dough. Gotta try the EBS, or make my own pricey ones with Square Jacks and mini Canare or Mogami wire, so easy 13 bucks a pop for a 3 inch cable isn’t outta the question.

I liked the flat molded jack to help save space. 1 of the six cables was faulty in my original package. They initially oferred me a $5 rebate (which is what the cables are worth) but I said I ordered 6 because I wanted 6, and asked if they could send me a 3 pack instead, knocking $5 off the normal price. They actually sent me a 3 pack for free. Thats good customer service in my book.

The flat design definitely helps save space compared to traditional rounded cables, and the molded plugs feel quite sturdy when connecting pedals. I particularly like how the flat jacket makes the cables more flexible and easier to route between tight spaces on a crowded board. The 6-inch length works well for pedals placed side by side, providing just enough slack without creating messy loops of excess cable. However, I've discovered these aren't ideal for every situation. When working with stereo pedals, the connector sleeves are actually quite bulky at the top compared to premium brands like Ernie Ball or EBS. This means you can't place stereo pedals as close together as you might want, which somewhat defeats the purpose of getting flat cables in the first place. The quality control seems a bit hit or miss. For mono pedal connections though, these perform their job well enough and represent good value compared to the more expensive boutique options that cost two or three times as much. For someone building their first pedalboard or looking to save some money while still getting a tidier setup than with standard cables, these Donner patches make sense. Just be aware they might not work in every configuration, especially if you're running a complex stereo setup.
