This is the perfect pizza sauce base recommended by Jim Neidert’s book - How to Make the Greatest Pizza on Earth. This Purée makes the pizza perfect if following the formula in Jim’s book. No sugar needed. Rich, non- acidic tomato flavor. Worth the cost! The only critique was that the can was extremely difficult to open with my regular can openers.

The sauce is the best, the price on here is laughable. This stuff is under 10.00 a can at any Restaurant Depot or Distributor in your area.
