Please read this before you buy! *by C***M on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 20, 2014* I really love this hair, I had many cons, none of which had anything to do with the product, just with myself. My hair is very thick and curly/wavy and sometimes I have problems getting my hair to straighten, and this hair is stick straight, so if you have straight hair, then that would be perfect, but if you have problems straightening your hair then maybe you could try some kind of keratin straightening products or you could wave/curl the extensions so they blend with your hair better (instructions are included showing how to curl them. I lost mine and that makes me not happy) I was going to try to curl them with my curling wand on very low heat then pin the curls so they would hold. I have not done this yet because I let my little sister borrow my curler so I will try to heat them with my straightener and then pin them to curl them. They are very long. I am about 5'3-4 and they are just above the waistband of my jeans which is about 3 inches below my natural waistline. I ordered the jet black and they are true to color. They don't look like a natural warm brown black or a bottle blue black. Which made me realize how much my hair color has faded in the past month. This hair will not blend in with dark brown hair. The clips on the hair, are very strong. I accidently fell asleep in my extensions the first time I wore them (I had all my hair and the extensions braided in one long braid), and I woke up about 3 am and they were still clipped in, and very securely too because I had quite the time trying to get them out. Also I noticed that when I took the braid out that the extensions did not wave from the braid or crimp where I had the hair elastic, this seemed like something someone would want to know about so I included this info. The feel of the hair is very silky and smooth, looks very much like natural hair and is not too shiny like some of the cheaper synthetic hair. It does tangle, not a lot for me so far, but I would not recommend brushing it with a hair brush, because that would make it look ratty and the ends will frizz. I shake and whip mine out to get most of the hairs straight and together (if that makes any sense to you) and then comb with an extra wide toothed comb. I have heard of people using a mix of water and fabric softener and detangling synthetic hair like that (it really works great on Barbie/doll hair), but I would do this as a last resort, for when the hair has been tangled to the point that you cant comb it out and its looking extra ratty. I would not use hot or warm water to wash them because hot/warm water ruins synthetic hair. This hair is very heavy so if you have a tender head, I would not recommend extensions this long. The hairs do shed out a little but most things like this do so I don't really have a problem with that. Really the only thing I would have to complain about is that the extensions were not that thick, although like I said before I have very thick hair so it would take a lot of hair to make a real/ natural effect. Im thinking about purchasing another set so maybe I can take the clips off and sew 2 wefts together then sew the clips back on. I hope all this information helps anyone who is thinking about purchasing these hair extensions or any hair extensions. For the price, you really cant beat it because real hair extensions this length would cost over a $100, and this quality synthetic hair is very silky and comparable to real hair, if you don't want to pay the price for real :) I will come back and update this as I work with them and curl/wave them and try to upload a couple pictures also. I was quick to order these extensions based simply on the price, but I didn't realize that these were synthetic extensions which was my own fault (it clearly states they are synthetic.) I contacted the seller for a refund about an hour after ordering and it turns out they had already been shipped. They came in super fast! (It took about 3 days) and I was very impressed. Kate (the woman I contacted) was very nice and quick to reply to me. She was happy to refund my money and even told me I could open the package. The extensions were beautiful for synthetic hair. They were very soft and felt like real hair and they weren't very shiny. I'd imagine they would blend very well with my own hair. The reason I didn't keep them is because I want to be able to color and curl my extensions. Otherwise I would have been very happy to keep them. I returns my items and within just a few days the seller had refunded not only my extensions but also the shipping I had to pay when I sent them back! BIG disapointment. *by O***D on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 27, 2014* I just bought these extentions about a week ago, and when i recieved them, (I have been a hair extension addict for over 5 years) and these were synthetic ones, just to hold me over untill i could save up more money for better quality real human hair..i was fooled into being told these were 150 grams of hair, but when I recieved them, they are more like 70 grams, VERY THIN. I orderd the platinum blonde, and it was hulk hogan white... Over the years of buying high quality hair, such as remy, or Luxy extensions (which are amazing, btw) compared to these...you can find WAYb cheaper and better quality syntheic hair on amazon..for these to be 30 dollars is still a waste! The clips are very flimsey. I got a notice with my shipment, writen in bold and circled, that if there was a disapointment to NOT write a review and just to email them and let them know the problem. I do not think this is right or fair to do to costumers looking into this product, expecting they will get get good quality hair...BIG DISAPOINTMENT..
