I kept giving them the benefit of a doubt when they would turn off mid candle. I just turned the next one and it will happen again. At the end I felt bad asking for a refund but a little over half of the candles turned off mid way. I tried turning them back on, I tried empting a little way, tilting the candle because the light was stuck with the glass but nothing worked.
