Small price, big sound
I have had this Atmos speaker for 6 months now. I am running a 5.2.2 all Jamo satellites and dual SVS PB-1000 subs. Make sure you set these up correctly to get the most out of them. After I used The room correction setup on my Denon I soul checked and tweaked the levels using an SPL meter to set the channel levels. So you also have to make sure when setting distance to your main seating area you HAVE to do 2 things. First set the Atmos speaker to Front Dolby and measure the distance from the driver to your ceiling. If you don’t they will not perform correctly. These steps make all the difference in the world. I love my Jamo speakers, I was a little hesitant at first because they were so inexpensive, and they look great. So after doing my homework I gave them a shot, they perform well above their price range, they have a huge soundstage and are crystal clear. So in conclusion you can’t go wrong as long as you play them at a reasonable level 85-100dB peak levels.

Boost your Jamo S8 serie home theater at a decent price
I am very happy with this pair of black Jamo S8 ATM. They are working just great to watch ATMOS sound movies. You will need a pair of the same brand speakers like S803 or S809 first as they are NOT floor speakers. Of course u need a receiver and blue ray able to play Atmos sound. I set this one in a 5.1.2 system and planning to buy a second pair for a 5.2.4. Sound is good for such a low price. Perfect for the room size. I am happy.

Dolby Atmos
First of you need to make sure your receiver supports Dolby Atmos to take advantage of this set up. Added this to my Jamo S809 system and it compliments it well.Speakers are well built. Gives you added depth for Atmos enabled tracks.Great speakers for the value.

No visible screws on to allow access for repair
After receiving the speakers, they sat unopened due to the receiver being on back-order.When I finally got around to unboxing, the return window had lapsed.One of the speakers produces a disheartening rattle from within. After connecting to the receiver I was relieved to hear the test-tone without any distortion. I guess the rattle is a loose cross-over.The other speaker has no rattling but after connecting to receiver, it produces no sound at all!The last nail on the coffin is the fact that they have no visible screws on the enclosure to allow access so I can repair them myself.
