Super blend.
Very tasty blend of herb and spice. More sweet than heat is my initial impression. I have used it to pickle a jar of baby cucumbers which will be matured for a month. In the meantime, it's been an excellent ingredient in a quick pickle of sliced red onion and cucumber in cider vinegar. This is how to elevate a humble cheese sandwich!If you want a tad more pep, add dried red chillies.Definitely great value for money and quality. I shall use it for boiling gammon also.
