I have been wearing this during the day for the past two days. It definitely supports the muscles in the upper arm. I am hoping that they will heal up a bit faster using this brace. I found it a bit hard to adjust the straps alone so it takes a bit of time to get it right and comfortable. I was on the upper size limit, but I ordered the small. Works good.

I am now able to play my favorite sports after tearing my bicep tendon.

Sizing instructions are worthless, measured my arm according to manufacturers instructions-complete wast of time. Device so small couldn't even get on to my arm - junk!

This thing is half the size it claims to be. I measured and ordered accordingly and it doesn't even get halfway around my arm.Don't waste your money.

This product is strong, extremely well made, and I would imagine quite useful and effective. But there is no way anyone, especially with arm muscle problems could possibly put it on by themselves! It simply cannot be done! Their design team needs to rethink this!

So many things I couldn't do cause of the pain. Always scared to hurt it again. Racked my 7000 sf yard without any pain or discomfort. Have 17" arm so purchased a Small. Medium would be easier to attach velcro.
