But I personally wouldn't use it more than 3-4 times a week (I use it 1 - 2 times a week) because it's a fairly strong amount. Also the 1% coal tar... both of these have virtually eliminated any eczema and dandruff that I had. Also, in past research, it seemed like other people have also lost hair (initially) when using some hair care products. Could it be that the dead or dying hair strands are sloughed off for new hair growth? I really don't know. But I can say, based on my personal use, this shampoo (in particular) is one of the best, most complete shampoos I've ever used. And I will personally continue to buy and use this wonderful product.
