Great replacement for the improvised closet rod set up. My backdrop is now so mech easier to set up even with mismatched tripods.

There's much to say about this cross bar. It's main use is to hold up back drops but I'm sure some savvy person can find other uses. Either way, set up is easy and it works well. The entire product is only two parts that telescope to extend from 5ft to 10t instantly and with ease. This eliminates the need for multiple pieces to put together. The metal is sturdy and the ends seem to fit most types of light stands and include and simple tightening screw to secure them. I highly recommend this due to its price and ease of use.

So I was considering purchasing a new backdrop stand. As my current stand was not strong enough for my new backdrops. 2 of my canvas backdrops are on pipes which makes them very heavy. Which was making my stand buckle dispite sand bags. This bar corrected that issue for me. I didn’t have to spend $400 on a chrome backdrops stand via B&H.

Garage studio, because why not. Holds a 9ft backdrop just fine. It's a solid product

They can be pulled apart if you pull enough but if you don’t over extend the me they work perfectly.
