Kinesiology of the Musculoskeletal System

I’m sure the book is great if you receive it. I received the 2nd edition in the mail not the 1st. Some may not see this as a big issue but I’m the kind of guy that expects the product to arrive as presented. So my one star ISN'T for the book itself but my experience.

This was a text in my master's program, I now work developing education programs for personal trainers and use Neumann's book as a prime reference. The author does an excellent job of describing how muscles function in vertical, upright movements as opposed to how they are often described from a horizontal, supine position on a table. This book is a must-have reference for any fitness professional interested in understand human movement as it relates to the environment

Great book. Puts it in functional terms

If you purchase any book for PT school make sure this one is it. Explains concepts well and it is a book I reference many times. Of course this is the older edition and I expect the newer one is even better.

Don Neumann's book is extremely useful for its wonderful drawings and diagrams. For a visual learner like me, the pictures make kinesiology much easier to understand.My only complaint is that the pictures are not full color...

well written, very informative. plenty of illustrations for visual learners.

Very well illustrated. What time this reference when you need to brush up or review on knowledge foundation. I greatly recommend this book.

Needed for class

Libro da non perdere, utilissimo soprattutto per chi, come me, è laureato magistrale in tecniche preventive e adattate (dovrebbe essere un testo universitario). L'ho preso di seconda mano ma l'ho trovato immacolato. Bordi un pò smussati, copertina perfetta e qualche pagina sottolineata. Per il resto è perfetto, consigliatissimo anche in lingua inglese.

学校の先生からこの本を紹介され購入しました。イラスト、写真ともにわかりやすく、とてもきれいです。まだまだ全部は読んでませんが、内容も濃いです。さらなる運動学の知識を深めたい人にお勧めかと思います。
