This was the first time I worked with melting wafers and these worked fine. It was easy to melt them in the microwave. The chocolate stayed melted a long time as I dipped cookies into it. Once on the cookies, the chocolate hardened quickly, didn't stick to the parchment paper, and tasted great. I was putting candy eyes and candy sprinkles onto the cookies, and they stuck well into the chocolate. I would buy again.
