Great little electric skillet for quick meals
I bought the Elite Gourmet Pan because I wanted something small and convenient for quick meals without having to fire up the stove. After using it for a while, I have to say—it’s a pretty handy little appliance! What I Love:🔴 Heats Up Fast & Cooks Evenly – I was surprised at how quickly this thing gets hot. Within a minute or two, it’s ready to go. I’ve used it for stir-fries, scrambled eggs, and even a quick grilled cheese, and everything cooks evenly.🔴 Perfect for Small Meals – Since I usually cook for just myself, the size is actually perfect. It’s great for one serving of veggies, eggs, or a small stir-fry without needing a full-sized pan.🔴 Easy Cleanup – The non-stick surface works well, and I barely have to do any scrubbing. A quick wipe with a paper towel or a rinse with soapy water, and it’s clean.🔴 Doesn’t Take Up Much Space – I love that it’s small enough to store easily. I don’t have much counter space, so this is a huge plus! What Could Be Better:⚠️ No Temperature Control – It gets hot quickly, but there’s no way to adjust the temperature, which means I have to watch my food closely to avoid overcooking.Final Thoughts:Overall, I really like this little electric skillet. It’s great for quick meals, especially when I don’t feel like using the stove. If you’re cooking for just yourself and need something compact, easy to clean, and fast-heating, this is definitely worth considering.

It Works!
This is ideal for quick, small meals. The surface is small and has a low lip so it is ideal for small meals that do not need a lot of liquid. It does not have a way to control the temperature and the heat is focused mostly in the middle. Once you understand this and adjust accordingly, it is simple enough to use. It heats up quickly and cleans easily if you do not let it sit dirty for too long. It is convent to use. The cord is also very short, but that makes sense for safety reasons. It is small and light weight, making it great as a portable solution.

Quick even heating, beware sides get hot too!
Just got this today and was eager to test it out so made some pancakes and it worked great! The heat is very even so the pancakes cooked perfectly all over and quite quickly. I made eight pancakes and all were consistently golden brown.U dipped a paper towel in cooking oil and wiped it over the surface between pancakes, which prepped the surface as well and clearing any slight residue from the last batch so there were no little crumbs to get burnt. After all was done and the plate was cool I wiped it thoroughly with a clean paper towl and put it away. Easy cleanup! The only complaint I have is that the plastic outer walls became too hot to touch, which worries me about how long this will last before warping or melting out of shape. Of course for the price it's probably all one can expect. Insulated metal construction would cost a lot more than the $15 or so this goes for.Added two more pics after day 2 using this. Frozen hashbrown patties and serloin burgers came out great!.Used a spritz of spray cooking oil for the hashed browns and they came out crispy and golden brown. The burgers created their own grease of course and came out nice and caramelized as if I had used a cast iron skillet. So far really enjoying this. I will try eggs next and update with more pics if I think to take them.I'll also update if anything goes wrong within the first year.

the best skillet ever!!!
The media could not be loaded. i absolutely adore this skillet. i even made the best gravy in it! id replace it with the same one if anything ever happened to it. i love that its shallow, and cool to the touch on the body. even fast cooking but not too hot to where things burn instantly. the food i cook in this always comes out great. nothing sticks for now💖my milk gravy in the photo was a pat of butter, 3 tbs soybean oil, i let that heat up, 2 heaping dinner spoonfuls of flour. i cooked my rue with a spatula tapping it down & stirring with the edge of the spatula. i poured in milk to the fill line in the skillet then stirred with the spatula flat to the bottom then scraping the sides & stirring around the border of the skillet. i stirred with the spatula flat to the skillet until it started to bubble then let it sit for 20 seconds to fully cook. i stirred it well then shut off the skillet & tada! i seasoned with salt & pepper💖💖💖

Great travel griddle
I love this little electrical and it's been so useful when I'm traveling for work and staying in non-extended stay hotels. Easy to clean, big enough to cook all-in-one meals or do meal prep for the week. It also doesn't way that much so it doesn't add a lot of weight to my checked bag. Two weeks of work clothes, work boots and hard hat plus this is all under 50lbs.

Good idea but design is flawed
I was looking for a small griddle/cooker to use. This one seemed so perfect. Perfect size, ease of use and clean up...then i used it today for the first time.I cooked a hamburger in it and it made such a mess!! There is only one setting-- High. It heated up very fast and started cooking immediately. I was impressed...until grease started flying everywhere. There is a glass lid but it only sits over the cooker..it is NOT "sealed" in any way. I would imagine its to let steam escape but grease was just flying out of it! I had to turn it off.I think this might be great for cooking up a couple eggs or scrambling them. But you have to watch it continuously. If it had a "low" setting it would be so much better. Not going to give up on it yet...i will find other things to cook in it,maybe stir fried veggies or grilled cheese sandwiches.
