It works like it should.
I’ve only used Wilton meringue powder. It’s always worked well in making my frosting so I’ll continue to use it.

Great for icings
Works great and the only kind I use for icings. Post office did smash the box and the container but they happily resent me a new one.

Easy to use for royal icing
I have used this product all the time. It is easier to use in making royal icing for cookies. The old way was you had to use whites from eggs then your left with just yolks.

I have used this product for many years. It is great for baking. Amazon refunded my pruchase price and I went to WalMart and bought it. More expensive, but no packaging problem.
