I've always struggled with BV, Yeast, and UTIs for basically my entire adult life. A terrible cycle... I'd get a UTI, treat it with antibiotics, then get a Yeast infection from the antibiotics, treat the YI with diflucan, then get BV from that, treat the BV, then back to YI. A horrendous cycle. I eventually realized I couldn't keep seeing a doctor so frequently for these issues and the doctors couldn't really provide me any more help beyond "are you eating enough yogurt? and peeing before and after sex" GTFO. Long story short, these little pills are a life saver. I take them every day and maybe twice a day if I'm feeling a bit off down there (usually right after my period). I tried to save some money by ordering the 50 billion, but I noticed a huge difference right away. (Also, shout out to everyone leaving reviews like mine that reassure me that lots of women suffer with these issues even if all the doctor can offer is "eat more yogurt". It's clearly a problem many of us are suffering from and I'm happy there are finally more products out there addressing these issues.For anyone that cares, Boric acid suppositories are also dope for BV, along with tea tree and coconut oil soaked tampons. For UTIs, I've found taking D Mannose before and after sex has kept things under control.

Needs to be refrigerated and was shipped without a cold pack. Was like I was barely taking a probiotic vs taking a very potent probiotic. I had been taking their 50 million potency version, and felt that, due to symptoms coming back, increasing to the 90 billion potency would be beneficial. I have since switched brands, and to a shelf stable option, for better viability of the live bacteria delivery (due to unknown refrigeration factors along the supply chain). Way happy with making the switch, back to a 50 billion but way more potent.

I noticed a HUGE difference in my intestinal health. I go every morning now (sorry, tmi!) with no straining. Also, I noticed a big improvement in my BV symptoms. I have been suffering chronically for over 2 years (and intermittently before that, for a good 10 years. I'm 28) and this definitely helps a LOT! Would recommend to any woman.
