An Ultimate Travel Backpack for Professionals
This is an ultimate backpack for business travelers who need a lot of electronics and accessories. I'm used to bags and backpacks that have tons of pockets and compartments and stuff... all of which are the wrong size or wrong place or too many or too few for my purposes. For me, this bag more than any other is almost 100% useful. I travel for work frequently and often want multiple personal and work devices; with the dual laptop sleeve compartments I can easily carry a 15" MacBook Pro and a 15" Windows laptop, a MacBook Air, iPad Pro and Kindle. There are a reasonable number of accessory compartments for a charger or backup battery, some cables, and then a nice set of pen, key and passport and ID badge-sized holders for the smaller accessories, plus two smaller external compartments that are great for stuff you want to get at when it's under the seat in front of you or just need to stash a few items when you go through airport security. And it's quick and easy to get all of this stuff in and out of the bag. I pair it with one smaller accessory bag for small chargers, cables, adapters, etc. and keep that in one of the laptop compartments, but it works better for me overall because this bag would be a mess if it tried to accommodate all that too and it lets me keep accessories separate to take around the office.Build quality is pretty nice, it looks professional and a bit unique as this design is a reach for TravelPro going for a more premium look. I think materials could be a bit better especially getting into this price range, but again I feel like TravelPro is really stepping up their game here and given how awesome this bag is functionally I don't mind the compromise too much. Before this I was using a Peak Design Everyday Backpack which is also a great backpack that has very nice materials and aesthetic design but I found even two laptops (a 15" and a 13") strained it, plus the empty formless compartment with their divider system (which admittedly was targeted at photographers) just couldn't make the interior organized for me and the accessory pockets were hit or miss. It eventually had a clasp failure and replaced it with this bag, the TravelPro is so much better and further ahead as a business travel backpack I can forgive the somewhat less slick looks.

The best travel back pack
I love the quality and styling of this back pack. I really like the extra padding on the back and the extra large strap to hook on to luggage handles. it is light weight, strong and sits upright. fits my computer and files/paperwork I need while traveling.

Game changer for a work backpack!
Absolutely the best backpack for work! I'm completely in love with this product! It features numerous compartments that make organizing my essentials a breeze. One of my favorite aspects is that it stands up on its own, making it incredibly convenient. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Cargo zippers are garbage split out same zipper same place
I loved TravelPro bags until I purchase this Garbage, I was stupid enough to buy multiple of these packs because I loved my overhead and heavy gear bags. Within months the zipper to the gear pocket failed and left me at a Scan machine with all my stuff spread all over the floor, the second one same exact zipper same place all my stuff all over in the overhead bin, and now the third has the same exact problem. I do not believe TravelPro allowed this quality flaw to get through the inspection but three for three, same exact problem says its a manufacturing defect and should be warranted. However, let the buyer beware this item can only be returned for 1 month then you have to deal with TravelPro and they tell you "you purchased from Amazon so you have to return to Amazon" basically you get a 1 month warrantee. Well Im out near $800 and will never do this again. I loved TravelPro Bags but this experience says never again.

Makes it easy to carry my Dell 17" Luggable
I own a 2017 Dell 17" XPS 9710 laptop with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. It measures 9.75" X 14.75" and weighs just over 5 pounds. I rarely travel with it because it's so heavy, but when I do, I find the TravelPro Platinum Elite Business Laptop Backpack to be the best backpack I've ever used. Don't be misled by the product's name - the build quality and materials are rugged and will make carrying your larger laptop worry-free. No superfluous attachments were added as an afterthought. The zipper pull tabs are heavy-duty, making repeated opening and closing smooth and effortless. Even the interior pockets have small "pleather" tabs that make access to them more manageable and add an aspect of premium luxury often overlooked in other bags. I have had shoulder replacement surgery, so putting on and removing a bag loaded with a 5-pound laptop could be problematic for me - but not with this TravelPro product. This item is worth its slightly higher price - and I look forward to many trouble-free years with this bag.

A Backpack for Grown-ups
Years ago, at the beginning of my career, I was insecure about carrying a backpack to work instead of the stereotypical briefcase. However, it increasingly became the norm, and I got over it.Recently, my bag that I had used for years developed a hole large enough for decent-sized items to fall out. So, I set out to buy a new backpack. At first, I balked at the price of this bag (~$200 at time of purchase). And that is objectively a lot to pay for an item most would consider a commodity that can be had for under $50. But I do love my TravelPro luggage, and this bag comes with the same outstanding build quality. It presents an immediate appearance of unpretentious quality; I particularly like the leather accents. This is really a backpack for the working professional.I love all of the pockets for storing accessories like chargers, pens, and small electronics. I also find that the padding makes it very comfortable when loaded. Conversely, my main gripe with this bag is the lack of volume in the main pocket. It can store a laptop and then maybe an inch or two deep of other items.Ironically for being a TravelPro product, this is not a travel backpack. You really can't jam many clothes into it - I could maybe pack for a day or two of business casual wear.In summary, this is a great everyday work bag,but it falls short when it comes to travel.
