You will delighted to have this beautiful bag. It is everything that is described in the ad and more! The tiles are bright and Jokers sparkle with the gold emblem. Extra pieces and dice are included. I am so pleased with the ease of wrapping the racks in the Velcro closure covers. They are put in the bag at an angle, they slip in. The excellent quality of this quilted bag is sturdy, the zipper easy-one on each end, and the Handles are substantial. You will be very happy with this Mah Jongg purchase.

I have been playing mah jong in a group for 8 years, but recently decided that I want my own set. I find this to be an Excellent mah jong set. I like the combination of trays with fabric tray cover as well as zippered bags to hold tiles. There was some damage to the trays during shipment - I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. Replacement parts were shipped quickly. Overall, I would recommend this set.

Shipping was fast. The set was complete and durability seems nice too. Beautiful quilted zipper carrying bag is well made and all pieces fit nicely. The rectangular boxes that hold the tiles are nice but a hard plastic lid snap on lid could be a better solution to store in when not using the two zippered bags that were also included. This is just a suggestion as I would prefer the tiles stored in them otherwise the flat quoted cover sits empty and I don’t know what else I can use it for. I am a beginner player and looking forward to using my set when family members get together.

Just received my new set last week. Love the feel of the tiles and they are nicely engraved. Jokers have gold paint, which give them a nice touch. Pushers are good quality, although the pink pusher has a warp. I like the quilted material and will be an easy spot clean. My main complaint is the carry bag is way too tight. The tile trays go in no problem, but I have to struggle to fit the pushers into the bag. I can see a torn zipper in the future. I will contact the manufacturer and hope they will send a replacement. Update: Looks like no replacement bag is coming. I have already taken my bag to have a 1 inch longer length zipper sewn in. I could have returned it, but I like the set. Reply from the vendor was a bit overboard. There are only 2 sleeves to put in the bag! Here is a partial reply from American-Wholesaler, as we emailed back and forth for most of the afternoon: 1) Please measure the length of your zipper and let me know exactly how long it is. This is just for confirmation. 2) The two inside wrappers are of slightly different size. The smaller wrap is used for the two tile trays, and the larger wrap is used for the combo racks. Sometimes this is overlooked. 3) Make sure you wrap the combo racks as a stack of 4, as this will keep the profile small. Do not stack them 2 x 2. 4) I have a set here in front of me and I have again tested the bag to see how easy/difficult it is to place the tiles and racks back in the bag. The tiles slide right in. The combo racks also slide right in. It is really effortless. Again, place them in on an angle, and it should be pretty simple. I did notice that it makes it easier if you pull the top edge of the bag (i.e, stretch the opening) as you lower the combo racks into the bag. Make sure that when you lower them into the bag at an angle that you actually get it in as deep and as far into the corner as possible. If you do not do that, it may cause a problem. We've actually increased the size on the zipper by 1" quite some time ago. We have tested it over and over again, and we feel that the current version is exactly the size it should be. Please keep in mind, that if the zipper is made too big, the bag begins to lose its shape and the size of the bag becomes too big. The zippers are very durable, you should not worry. However it really should not be too difficult to insert your tiles and racks. Please remember, tiles go first into the bag, combo racks go in on top of tiles. Insert both at an angle (put one end in first), and you will find that the other end should slide right in.

Great mahjong kit comes with everything you need except for the American mahjong league card (if you are wanting to play American mahjong) which is not a knock against this kit army all because you have to purchase this card separately anyway. Love the bag and storage sleeves. Have shared link to this kit to mahjong friends. Great price for all that you get.

The set has arrived. Smart and attractive. Tiles are arranged in long plastic cases - I found the plastic of the tile boxes is paper thin and flimsy - one arrived broken. I am concerned that this will affect my ability to pack the tiles back in the long quilted wraps open on both sides. Without a firm cover on the tile case, the long quilted cover has no meaning as tiles will keep falling out and scattering all over the bag .
