It has the snaps on the brim. It fits well and the construction is good. The brown one I got has a very unique color/texture which fits in good with some black and tan wardrobes. It clashes with other colors so I'll have check out other options. Leather is stiff at first but softens up with use. They did a good job with this one button and 8 panel layout hat. KBETHOS has other hats. Get the ones with the button on top. Don't get the ones with the stripe down the middle and leather strips running front to back. They are not the same fit or quality even if the say made in USA.
