Arrived when expected. Works ok. There is a little static. We got these to use in our small office, as more of a novelty. We are just a bunch of big kids. These are like walkie talkies for grown-ups.

These do a lot more than I need--which is basically to broadcast "come downstairs to dinner" to my daughter across 3 levels of our house. So I'm not using any of the features that let you enter numbers to call specific intercom units or any other advanced features that add size and undoubtedly cost to these units. But aside from that, they are well made and work perfectly. I just wish they made a cheaper, smaller, more basic version. Oh, and the instructions are more or less indecipherable. But it turns out you just plug them in, set them to the same channel, and they just work. One caveat: just like 2-way walkie talkies, you have to hold down the talk button for a full second before you start speaking or else the beginning of whatever you say gets cut off. Say just "yes" or "no" without holding the button for a full second first and the person on the other end will hear nothing. So it's important that anyone who will be using these knows this rule, or else you'll just have a lot of frustration and confusion.

Everything is find except that the audio comes through with a muffled sound that I sometimes have to repeat what I said.

Work well over pretty good distances.

i have a house of 2 storey.. my daughter in the second.. early morning .. i had to go to wake her up 3-4 times .. on the stair!! now .. i m just calling her to get up.. she replies .. and imagine!.. she liked it and happy with it! and comes down with no issue!!.. i m amazed with the performance.. clear voice and exactly as per purpose and expectation.. thank you..

Parfois il y a des interférences. Pas toujours clair lorsqu'on parle dedans. J'aurais espéré mieux au niveau de la qualité.

These intercoms were really easy to set up and the sound quality is very good. Works like a charm. There was a bit of a problem with one of the intercoms, so we contacted Amazon and they directed us to Wuloo, and WOW is all I can say….the customer service for both Amazon and Wuloo was incredible. Prompt and courteous. They turned everything around immediately. I’m so impressed. Thank you, Wuloo!

Rather than go up and down stairs 100 times a day or yell for the kids to come up (because yelling sucks), I can now whisper into the intercom and my little ones are so happy yo play with it they come up right away
