It works well, but does not have the pressure that my old one had. Is this because of new standards?** A: I had the cartridge installed by my handyman with the help of KWC technical support, and it worked very well. Later on I bought another part for the handle and the pressure got much better. **Q: How to install k 32. 60. 00** A: Turn off the hot and cold water supply to the faucet. Remove the faucet handle. In my case, there is a small rubber plug on the lower front side of the handle. Use an ice pick or similar tool to pull out the rubber plug. This reveals a screw that attaches the handle to the shaft of the faucet mechanism. Loosen the large, chrome plated nut that holds the faucet mechanism in place. This may be difficult because of a buildup of lime deposits on the nut. It will take a lot of force, and it may require heating the nut. The nut is a hefty, heavy piece of brass so it is not as fragile as it may appear. Once you remove this nut, just lift out the old unit and replace it with the new one. The new gasket is probably already assembled to the new unit. Good luck! **Q: The water flow is weak ,however the same unit is the laundry sink it works fine. Can the cartridge be cleaned.I checked the screens and there clean.** A: I don't know what you mean by the cartridge being clean. The cartridge needs to be replaced sometimes, which my handyman did for my kitchen sink. If you mean the filter which gets clogged with calcium deposit and you cleaned it you may have to replace the cartridge. Call KWC, they told me exactly what should be done. **Q: Suddenly the water stream coming from the faucet is weaker then it used too be. i have an older kwc suprimo faucet** A: You put in a new cartridge? If it was flowing normally at first, then started flowing more slowly, I would expect the problem to be debris trapped in the cartridge, in the water line before the cartridge, or in the pull-out hose (perhaps at the screen at the end of the handle on the pull-out hose.) Try removing the screen at the end of the handle on the pull-out hose then opening the faucet to see if you get a good flow. It's half of what is shown in the video. I intend to contact KWC and see if they have advice or will replace what might well be a lemon. I'll post back about my experience. Our dishwasher and kitchen faucet broke down on the same day. Joy! Luckily the cartridge arrived literally the next day, a Sunday no less. All that was great, and it’s nice to at least have a kitchen sink again, BUT the flow is only 25 -30% of what we had previously. My husband has taken the faucet apart several additional times to look for debris, check settings, etc but there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong.
