If I remember correctly, this serves 4 but he ate all of it himself the day I made it and the next day. Because I personally don't eat meat nor cook it that much making this was to say the very least interesting. It isn't hard at all to make if you are familiar with pork. The smell was absolutely enticing. I would recommend familiarizing yourself a little before hand with the instructions and preparation.
