These seem to work just as well as the original HP cartridges, at a discounted price. The color may be not quite as bright but as I'm not printing off photos it hasn't been an issue for me. There's absolutely no difference in quality when printing in black or grayscale. Next step is to start using refillable, remanufactured cartridges that are available (I think on Amazon, definitely in other places). HP printers seem to use a LOT of ink, so any savings can mean a significant amount of money stays in your pocket.

Product works well so far in my printer. Only problem and concern I had was when I 1st openned the ink cartridge and popped the orange projective cap off some of the black ink dropplets went flying in my carpet and shoes. Had to quickly react to get ink cleaned up. The HP cartridges I used before never did this toe Now with that I know what to watch out for I will be more cautious the next time I use your products.

I AM DISGUSTED! I studied and studied the ink cartridges for my printer, ordered the same products as I did last time except I only ordered the black ink only instead of all 4 cartridges at one time. This single cartridge says HP 564XL as my last order but DOES NOT FIT MY PRINTER and you say we cannot return it for a different cartridge. I would rather pay the highest price of the actual HP 564XL ink right now other than this cheaper recycled ink.I demand my money back. Send me a return label so that I may return this ink cartridge that we just received in the mail yesterday, Aug 24, 2018. this new cartridge is smaller than the last LD 564XL black cartridge. The ink box says 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. I DID NOT WANT TO RATE THIS AT ALL BUT THIS THING FORCED ME TO, GOT A 1PLEASE ME A RETURN LABEL AND LET ME REORDER THE MORE EXPENSIVE HP 564XL INK.Depending on how this is handled, whether or not I keep my long standing Amazon account.

I have used LD ink cartridges for a few years. I have been satisfied with their overall performance. During that time I only had one defective one (photo). It worked but cartridge had a hairline separation that caused slow seepage. A family member works in Purchasing for Lexmark and the industry pays 25 cents each for NEW cartridges in China. Refills actually cost more if filled with American labor. So the closer one gets to 25¢ the better the deal.

I have used these Cartridges before. They work well, but HP makes you "OK" them and says nasty things about non-HP ink.I had a little trouble getting these to seat and stay put in the ink tray. One popped out a couple times, but the 3rd try worked.Ink quality seems good, and the price is great!
