They arrived in a box, each tip was packed in a separate bubble wrap with lots of protection inside the box as well. I was looking for a offset tips so they match the curved design of the rear bumper. Although I should have probably went with a 3.5" for my car (they are a little bit too big for the cutout and sometimes they hit the plastic when car moves from side to side on uneven road ) they still looks excellent. Very easy to clean and polish. The ID of them is closer to 2.75", not 2.5" so you cannot clamp them on. The enlarged opening worked out for me though because my tail pipes were not straight.
