Q: How good is the stability of this bench?

Stability is bad as i said in my review i weight about 290 and press close to 250lbs on this bench and its scary i've bent the bar that supports your back and it also makes loud popping noise its fine if you are doing 225 and under but once u go up in the weight and try to max it becomes unstable. Still a very nice useful machine and the squat rack works for other things!!

Q: How many back pad positions can it be adjusted?

This model has 5 different angles which the backrest can adjust to. The bench can adjust to an incline, decline and flat position.

Q: Can you do flat bench press other than incline press

Yes, the bench does lay flat, inclines and declines depending on your needs

Q: Will the reverse squats section work for an individual that is 6' tall?

Yeah, I'm 6"1 and it works fine for me. I usually have to put the back rest all the way down to make room.
