First off I want to say this is my 3rd bottle. This supplement is amazing. I’m not a regular bathroom person but this actually helps and it also gives me energy. The fact that it has the beetroot in it & you can actually smell it in the tablet. I love it! I take 1 every morning and it last me throughout the day. I ordered some for my grandma as well. It gives me exactly what I need without all the extra additives. I think I might just go ahead and turn the subscription on because I will be using this product long term as long as they don’t jack the price up too often.

THIS IS THE BEST IRON I HAVE EVER TAKEN!!! IT WORKS!!! I’ve been anemic most of my life and because of this, I’ve tried about 7 different brands of iron including prescription iron, liquid iron, and multiple other pill and capsule forms. This iron, hands down, is the ONLY one that brought my iron levels up without the awful side effects of upset stomach, constipation, and more. OK I have the world's most sensitive tummy, and this stuff is incredible. I had a ferritin level under 10, very much in a bad way, and I was devestated that I wasnt able to tolerate any of the iron supplements out there. I was coming to terms with the fact that id just have to be miserable for awhile when someone recommended this product. For those nervous about GI upset, Ill just tell you from my experience, the first night it cleaned me out and I had very slight stomach unease. Not even full nausea, more like I had too much fermented food--which is what this pill is essentially. After that first night though, I have absolutely no side effects whatsoever, I take every morning on an empty stomach with no issues. AND because it is kind of a probiotic in a way, it also has improved my gut health and I can tolerate way more food items than I used to! It's great there arent side effects, but does it work? YES. I had critically low levels when I started, and 2.5/3 months in, I have hardly any symptoms anymore and my hair has grown back at a crazy rate. Labs have been significantly increased as well. It's like I am a new person. This product is a huge relief, get it if you need something that works!

These always exceed my expectations! They keep me feeling energized even during my “days of the month” ( I have a fibroid and my periods are heavy) these are a must have , work very fast, my dr is impressed at how I’ve been able to maintain good iron levels as they were severely low before starting these supplements. This supplement is great! I’m on my third 90 pill bottle. I really needed an iron supplement, I was having all types of iron deficiency issues. I did NOT want a supplement that made me nauseous. I was prepared to just be iron deficient and only try to get it through food until I found this. The comments all said it was great on an empty stomach, so I decided to try it out. The comments were correct, I have never had an issue with stomach upset and I take it every morning on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating. I have noticed my heart palpitations went away, I only get them if it’s stress related (like once every couple months, I was previously getting them daily due to iron deficiency. I feel that I get cold less often. I still feel like I’m probably still low on iron, but I was so low before that it has been a huge improvement. I don’t know if I should up the amount, I’m a bit scared to do that so I’m sticking with the recommended dose. But yeah, I feel less cold, still cold but I don’t violently shiver randomly when I’m cold and no one else is. So that’s a plus lol. Also I checked under my eyes to see how red or not red it was to check the iron levels. From the beginning they were basically flesh colored, not red at all. Now they are fairly red so that means it’s working. I also feel lightheaded less often. As a woman, I do believe it has helped my menstrual cycle be a little bit more tolerable. Overall I get less headaches and I was getting super intense pain at the start of the period for like 3 hours. Now that doesn’t really happen. I was getting that every time for months before taking this. Definitely a difference. And I’m sure there are other differences I don’t notice or remember. The only negative is this pill tastes absolutely horrendous, and the taste sticks to your tongue. But I’m willing to deal with the taste every morning rather than feel nauseous taking a different supplement. Also the fact that these pills also have vitamin C in them which you need to help iron absorption and I believe it was B12 and Folic Acid too? It’s very helpful. I have no intention of stopping taking this supplement for the foreseeable further. Thank you to this brand for making such a great supplement. Love that it is made from natural ingredients too. I don’t like having to worry about what’s in my supplements. 10/10 would recommend! (Also apparently drinking matcha can block some iron absorption, so if you drink it, I’d consider looking into this. I’ve seen not to drink it for 1-2 hours before or after supplementing or meals that include iron, if you want the full benefits. Not sure on the facts but just thought I’d mention.)

These are great, just one tablet a day will definitely increase you blood cell numbers. It works for me, for my brother and a friend of mine. My doctor was surprised with results after two months of use but then got pissed when I told him that I have actually stopped using FeraMax that he recommended and used Blood Builder instead. The only negative comment I heard from my friend that it does not work quite well when used with coffee. I am taking them in the evening a few hours after I had my last coffee.
