Definitely better than my old pillow
The pillow isn't very soft but it is nice and form without being too hard. A lot of people worry that it is fairly thick, it definitely concerned me a little when it first got here! I did however quickly adjust to the height, if anything I think the pillow may have lost some volume too. I personally haven't really had any pain relief from it but I don't regret my purchase.

Best night's sleep
Absolutely fantastic pillow. Really comfortable with good support. It's the perfect in between of supportive and also soft. I can kinda mold it into shape if I change position and it then bounces back perfectly in the morning to it's original shape. I just love this pillow. After having a really expensive memory foam pillow for year's and absolutely loved it until it got too much wear; this replacement doesn't disappoint. Much cheaper than my £60 pillow but just as good if not potentially better for bounce back due to being not one full piece memory foam. I think I'm right in saying it's lot's of smaller bits of memory foam inside so they can be wiggled about to reshape.

Waste money
This pillow is terrible! It's made by small pieces of memory foam and some of this pieces is hard and make its very uncomfortable to sleep. The only good thing is the cover and is the only thing I am using now as I throw the pillow in the bin.

Waste of money
It arrived rolled up, thick one end nothing the other, uncomfortable as it's full of shredded memory foam so lumpy and bumpy You get what you pay I wouldn't buy again, a waste of money
