I have a very curious toddler who is very interested in plugs/outlets. To protect him from getting hurt and to remove the temptation of trying to plug in/unplug my devices, I bought this box. It’s very sturdy and I love the magnets on the lid. I also really like how the box hides the mess of cords and plugs making my nightstand look clean and organized. I was worried about putting my surge protector in a box, but it stays cool and no issues with anything. It’s also protected the surge protector and plugs from spills when my little guy knocked over a glass of water. Love this so much I bought another for a gift for my parents.

This box is well made, quality craftsmanship. The pictures do not do it justice. I was afraid of getting a clunky orange cheap box but this is good craftsmanship and not really so thick. It looks gorgeous! I have it in our living room to organize cords near our chair. It was able to fit a smart power strip which has 4 USB and 4 smart plugs then a smaller square one which has 3 plugs (not app controlled but for my printer and diffuser) and it has 4 USB too. The point is, I thought the box would be too large but I needed it for my ipad, my kindle charger, the Apple Pencil charger and one for husband’s phone/tablet then all the cords fit ... lamp, salt lamp, printer, extension cord to go to diffuser and electronic picture frame, it all fit with two power strips in this big box with enough room for all the cords. They also were very generous to include velcro strips to wind up the cords and organize them better. At first I thought I needed one with holes in the lid but not so, I just take the ones going toward my table/printer and my chair toward one end and the lamp and husband’s cords going to his table on the other end. It sure improved the looks of the area in living room and our living room has some natural wood trim so it looks great together. I had issue at first and the seller resolved it going above and beyond my expectations; he responded quickly, courteously, and wanted to satisfy the customer. He understood well to communicate too. I highly recommend this product and the seller and I say buy with confidence.

I purchased two of these in cherry brown (one beg of 2024 and one now) and unfortunately it doesn't look quite like the photo. It's a bit darker in real life and the inside is not painted that same cherry color. In my first one, that's alright bc it was constructed better and closed all the way. The more recent ones are not as well constructed (I know this bc I tried to exchange for a different one). They don't close all the way so you see the unpainted wood inside. It's a nice box so it's a good investment, but just a little shoddy for not being painted inside as well.

I was looking for a gift for my techie son in law when I came across this beautiful box. I ended up purchasing two, one for a gift, and one for myself as I have had a rats nest of wires behind my entertainment center that plagues me every time I move it to clean. The box is very well made, large enough to fit a 12 inch long surge protector, and gobs of unruly wires, plus it looks great!! I love it. The lid is hinged for easy access, and it has four small magnetic posts buried in the lid and box edge that hold the lid shut, so its convenient to open. If you are looking for a box like this to compliment your décor, this is the one. I spent a little more money, but it was well worth it. Great for a unique gift also, it's well packaged in an attractive cardboard box.

Very cool and well designed box to hide the cables and keep the place clean (as cables seem to first attract and then cling to dust). WHAT I LOVE: I had a friend over when unpacking the box and she loved it so much that she will also get one. It is a sturdy looking beautiful product that gets the job done. Of you’re looking for a very clean way to hide your cables, this is what you want to get. WHAT I WISHED WAS DIFFERENT: I would prefer to be able to just remove the lid completely instead of having a clamshell box (because then you can would need less space above the box, which would be much more convenient for me). And I don’t understand what the magnets are for. They hold the lid tight and because of them one always needs both hands to open it. That’s a disadvantage to me.

I had already "invented" a power strip and cord storage device using an old Amazon shipping box to keep my darling cat from chewing my charging cords to oblivion. Imagine my delight when I discovered that cable management boxes were a thing. So...I went searching on Amazon. I'm one of these people who looks at every available product possible to make sure I'm getting the best one for my needs, and can say without a doubt that the TEYGA Bamboo Cable Management Box is the best of the best on Amazon. The natural bamboo is very sturdy and looks great on my desk. It holds a large, fully loaded, 13-inch long power strip, and has room inside to hold all the cords. I was able to use the included Velcro strips to wind up the extra length of each cord so I could tuck them neatly inside the box. There was also room inside for me to keep my backup power bank for my phone, and my FitBit when charging so the cat won't chew the cords when they're in use. There wasn't quite enough room for my Kindle Fire, but I can plug it into the charge cord and put it right up against the box so "Fluffy" can't access the cord. This box also comes in black, and I plan to buy one of those to tame all the wire spaghetti on my entertainment center. This is a great product! You won't be disappointed.

This box looks great next to a cherry wood bookcase and on my hardwood floor, and hides the wires and electric plugs well. HOWEVER, I highly recommend that you use (or order if you don’t already have) an older style flat power strip with enough outlets — or sufficiently spaced outlets — to plug your devices in. I had a circular multiple outlet device which was too big to fit inside the box when other adapters were plugged in. I moved out the heavy bookcase to plug a square “cube” with multiple outlets in — which still was too big to close the lid of the organizer box when everything was plugged in. As I didn’t want to move the bookcase a 3rd time, I took an 3 inch outlet extender cord to plug into the cube, and then another small cube into that. Sorry to be so confusing with this — in other words, if I had a flat power strip in which I could plug in all the adaptors, I wouldn’t now need to replace these other cubes and connectors I “borrowed” from other rooms to get everything to fit inside the box.
