I have used 3 different brands of almond flour to make this cheesy skillet bread, and have made multiple batches with this brand specifically, and I would say this brand is one of 2 that has performed best for me. It has a desirably fine texture and creates a nice, light bread, which is a hard result to achieve in the absence of gluten. So I am a fan, and the price is right. I am reserving a 5th star for when I've tested this flour in a greater variety of recipes and can see how it performs in different baking contexts. ### ⭐ Don't buy this.
