The Skirt is good, n yes Lining is there with this skirt comes with 3 Layers of Flair... Flair is awesome... The Fabric used is satin for Lining and Net in the border but the Main Fabric polka dot is not that great but It can be Manageable as Over All Skirt is Awesome...

There could be a lining inside the skirt for it to look more elegant. A inner cotton cloth with some thick met lining will make it look more beautiful and would also be durable.At present there is only 4 layers of thin black net which makes the skirt look flat and not fluffy

Stiff and firm frills. Gives the skirt fuller looks.

Very cheap cloth dull color and highly transparent without a lining
