I called a local repair company to take a look at it and was given a quote of $200+ to fix the door. They came out the next day and replaced the pivots... which did nothing for the way the door closed. The repair guy told me the closer needed to be replaced and the door itself was warped. A quote came back of $1500 for a new door minus cost of what they did that day. They did NOT get approved for that, nor did I pay them for not fixing my door since I pointed out to the guy that the quote I was given was to FIX the door and it was not fixed. I saw this here, and after it arrived, I had it installed within 30 minutes myself and the door closes and stays closed better than when the "repair" guys came out. This product is excellent for the price and relatively easy to install. The one minor complaint that I have is that the metal screws provided are not self-tapping screws.
