I take it first thing in the morning and instantly feel more clear headed and ready for the day. I am able to focus better and not get so stressed out throughout the day. It does have a bitter taste and you need to take two ml which is an 2 eye drops full. It can also be added to a little bit of water to help dilute it a little. I don’t find the taste too bad and can take it straight. You also need to let it rest on your tongue for a little bit directions say about 20seconds. Overall I find the benefits outweigh any trouble with taste and it’s very quick and easy to add to your routine. You can take one to two times a day. I only take it once a day currently. Great natural product to help you get a great start on the day. I even took this after a hangover and it helped me not feel so groggy. Overall I highly recommend.

I was very intrigued by the product and like many after reading the reviews I felt comfortable to give it a try. Arrived on time, packaging was as advertised. Since I have not tried the contents before I dropped a small amount on my tongue not the try the taste as check to make sure I would not have any sort of allergy. Despite some of the negative reviews on the taste I didn’t think it was half bad on its own! I added the recommended dose to some chamomile tea this evening and it added a very nice sweet and earthy taste to my tea and I feel very relaxed. Could be in my mind yet and I did have a very rigorous work out earlier so I could just be tired. Looking forward to discovering the long term benefits.
