I’ve been on it for years on and off but on the off times, things get bad again so I stay on it now! One a day on empty stomach in AM. I’ve read it’s supposed to be good for many issues other than just digestion. I really have a hard time believing desertcart’s low number of positive reviews. Maybe they would rather push other supplements. It’s one of the few things I think everyone should take.
