This pasta is high quality and great texture. It tastes fresh and is easy to prepare.

I love everything about it. Tasty, cooks fast. I just don't like how it's packaged because the box collapses and it leaves open gaps. Depending on what's shipped together with this, it will contaminate the pasta. That said, I like that it's a paper box and not plastic. I'm sick of plastic.

Tasty, versatile, and priced great! Cooks quickly and can be used for a variety of dishes. I like to cook mine to al dente and add to a baked pasta dish. It’s also the perfect texture and size for pasta salads. ( Not gluten- free.)
