Lol that depends on what you do!! Are you an alcoholic? do you like to overeat? Do you eat healthy? Are you working out or exercising? I mix it in a smoothie in the morning with a bunch of other stuff and i can feel the healthy effects but how much weight you lose and in what time frame is a different answer for everyone’s lifestyle, there is no honest answer to that question...
