Purchased 2 refurbished iPads for my girls, they work perfectly. Came in nice packaging. Only issue was the charging blocks did not work that came with it. 10/10 would purchase again

Worst purchase DO NOT RECOMMEND
If I could give this purchase 0 stars I would. This tablet was bought for my son and it literally cannot even get Apple updates anymore leaving him unable to get certain apps such as things as simple as YouTube. It also doesn’t allow him to FaceTime or make calls. Now we are at the point that it glitches every time you push the home button and just starts spinning when like its loading something. I’m so mad about this purchase I could literally scream. I bought this as a Christmas gift and it’s not even February and there are so many problems. Will look into a refund if possible.

AMAZING company and Quality products
I have now ordered 5 ipads from this company, because I ordered refurbished ipads from 4 different companies on AMAZON and Certified Resellers far and away have the BEST customer service I have ever worked with, they stand by their products 100% and go above and beyond if you have any issues with them, and their ipads work perfectly compared to the others I had to return that malfunctioned a lot. I will forever trust only this company with refurbished IPADS rather than buy new or used anywhere else.

So far, so good
This item was in good condition, and it's currently working as designed. Battery life is not great but that can be contributed to Apple's design for this generation, and I keep it plugged in when I'm using it. The screen has two or three very light scratches and a really small nick on the side of the device but still in good condition for its age. I was able to render the scratches completely unnoticeable with a screen protector and the nick was covered with a leather case. I've owned this device for 16 days; I will be overly observant for issues during the 90 days warranty period but so far, so good.

I think I made a bad purchase
Has anyone had any issues signing into the Apple store I can't sign up for any type of iCloud services it keeps locking us out got this thing on the phone with Apple for hours

A While Good Use
I have had this for almost a year now and it still works fine, however, the storage is not much. it does work beautifully and I only ever use it for digital drawing, so it works just fine. Doesn't connect with other apple pens but a regular stylus should be fine. when connected to Wi-Fi, it works rather quickly.

Very Satisfied and Battery life amazing
I an very happy with my new Ipad and it arrived right on time and no delays or anything at all.
