High-quality speakers for small spaces, at a reasonable price
I replaced a set of older (circa 1998?) Mission bookshelf speakers with these. I purchased them with the Denon CEOL N-10 Hi-Fi receiver, and it was important that everything could still function well with my older MK subwoofer (everything works), fit into the existing footprint (they do, with room to spare), and sound really good (5 out of 5). These speakers are about half the size of my old Mission bookshelf speakers and I'd venture to say that they sound even better.Upsides:CompactSound quality is excellentDownsides:You need to be home when they're delivered, because the box isn't covered and any porch pirate will know exactly what they're getting (see photo #2).I fully expect these speakers to last another 20+ years, just as the old ones did!

Solid bookshelf speakers
These little monitors surprised me, I bought these to compare with another set of older small bookshelf speakers, but I purchased them with a set of signature series S20 polks,Running same power the Denon SC-10s hold up no big bass tweeter isn't super bright but these hold up against the bigger monitors putting out great sound, if you're budgeting you can't get better for a bill hands down, mind you I Only bought them for a comparison and planed on Returning them,I'm keeping them to use for another project after buying the Polk S10 for my rears,Pros-low distortion high power rating is true,Cons- missing mounting holes, grill's not removable

Speakers well worth more than their price....
I purchased these speakers along with the Denon RCD-N10. Together they make one great system. The sound from the speakers are excellent. As good as many of the $500 speaker choices on the market. Their small profile allows them to be easily display without being a distraction. Fills a good size family room with sound. A great buy!

Well balanced sound.
Very nicely built, very professional looking and sounding. I have zero complaints - these speakers have a high-end quality sound with full range. Extremely clean out-put. Denon makes a quality product to rival Bose. You'll be very happy with this purchase.

Excellent sound
We like these a lot and prefer them over the Pioneer SP-BS22-LR speakers. We drive them with a Sherwood S-2620 CP receiver through a Sansui SE-300 equalizer. We reduce the base (the speakers seem a bit on the 'bass' side as is) and have no complaints.We play a lot of vinyl (Dual CS 2110) and CDs (Technics SL-PD665) and are happy with the results. They are not competition fir full size floor speakers but they represent Denon well.

love the size looks and sound
perfect upgrade for a desk listening setup or bookshelf. their compact size makes them perfect for putting them in inconspicuous places, yet the sound is better than their size suggest. only downside is that the cover isn't removeable.

Small but powerful
I love the sound. As others mentioned they are on the bass side, but I enjoy the extra oomf. Sound is very clear also.

crisp sound, enjoy it so much for my bedroom. no more than 60% volume or your neighbor might knock on your door.

Good Value
Use for stand alone speaker set. Not bad overall but a bit on the bass side out of the box. Will see how they sound once “broken” in over time.
