I follow pretty girl organics (I believe) and this was one of her recommendations. I know it probably takes some adjusting to but in 2 days my hair looked like a nasty grease ball. I do have very oily skin and hair. Before this product I used more natural soaps also without all the junk that soaps and suds your hair. I usually can go around 4-5 days until I need another wash. With this is was 2. It brought out a ton of oil and then I would use dry shampoo and when I went to wash again it was just all caked on product on my scalp.
