I miss this quality product since I have not purchased it for awhile. I am glad that it comes in a pack of six boxes which lasts since it is shelf stable and doesn't need to be refrigerated until opened. The texture is thicker than milk but not icky thick. Even though it is unsweetened, it is not bland. This product is a good value for the money.

Good almond milk, as good as almond milk could be. I add it to coffee, which is not the tastiest option but keeps the calories low. What this milk is awesome for is cocoa—the cocoa powder masks the taste and you won’t feel that much of a difference with regular milk. Just add a teaspoon of raw cocoa and sweetener of your choice to a standard mug with the almond milk and microwave it for about a minute. You can also boil it, or blend the ingredients for a cold version without cooking them at all (apparently raw cocoa is better according to some sources). The shelf life is very long, I always use up the box before it expires.

As a single person, its hard for me to keep milk at home because it goes off too fast for me to use it. This keeps for a very long time. The cartons are large enough for several servings and small enough for me to finish a carton within 3 days. Six cartons to the box lasts me several weeks, and outside of Amazon costs me double. Im not a vegetarian, but this is a good milk replacement on a practical level. I dont like how it breaks into layers in coffee, but it doesnt effect the taste. Just the texture. I cant tell you what it tastes like plain, because I use it only in protein shakes.

It tastes great and works well as a milk substitute. Been buying this for decades at this point

Update: March 18, 2021 Oops! Long review With all my purchases I rarely ever have an issue with purchasing the unsweetened almond milk.. And I drink a lot of it. I like it so much my doctor told me to switch to oatmeal milk for a while. (I’ve been purchasing at least four boxes a week of the unsweetened almond milk … Slightly or very excessive for one person over years) I used to love regular milk and now I can’t stand it. After drinking almond milk for so long… Regular milk taste like creamer. Even skim milk taste thick. That’s weird. But I heard this happens. Maybe a milkshake would be good - fattening but good 😋 Yummy! I’m still drinking the almond milk unsweetened. I ordered some of the fig newtons to go with it and they’re supposed to be healthy. The raspberry newtons are yummy but they came squashed. Still yummy! I am very pleased with not only the product but the packaging. Wonderful purchase. Mix it with anything you would use for milk. But try not to use this Almond milk for a cake. That was my mistake and the was very flat. Oh no!
