HMR has several diet programs that are administered by healthcare organizations. I went through their program four years ago. It was very successful. After gaining 10 lbs., I decided to use the meal replacement shakes to get back to my healthy weight. The shakes are delicious and filling. I drink three a day, then eat a healthy, balanced dinner. Eating 1000 calories a day with 510 calories from the shakes, I lost 5lbs. each week. I was never hungry, had plenty of energy and enjoyed the process. The shakes make the whole process very simple and easy to follow.

I love the shakes. How ever they did change something because the new shakes taste different from the original. Trust me I have been drinking HMR 800 vanilla flavored shakes for about close to 20 years. They are still good but they are definitely different from the original Ones . There is always someone or a group of people who can never leave well enough alone. Some companies never learn. Notice how I only gave four stars. The old vanilla 800 shake would have got 5 stars

These are my all-time favorite vanilla protein shakes! They are great with just water and a couple of ice cubes. You can always add fruit to have a variety of flavors.

I drink these for breakfast and lunch to cut calories and lose weight.

New 800 vanilla formula changed without notice, arrived in new packaging. Gelatinous consistency, inedible taste (after mixing same way I did in the past). I used HMR shakes for a decade, can’t tolerate this change, wasted money on my order. No longer recommend.

Love this product. I Add water and ice in my Magic Bulletin, let it blend until it becomes thick. Will last to lunch without getting hungry. Not watery or thin.
