This stuff is a life saver. I use it for everything! I mainly use it on my piercings on my helix. Some of them having healed well even after a long time and I got small keloid bumps and this stops the pain and gets rid of the bumps within a day of using this stuff and it's not noticeable when I go out and leave it on. Highly recommend! Just be careful with clothing as it does leave grease stains on them!

Great price, and product size is exactly what you find in the big box stores, except for a much cheaper price. Neosporin is not only for small scrapes and cuts. I’ve used it for an ingrown nail that I cut out too deeply, and was very painful. I applied a small amount of Neosporin, and put a bandage over the toe. By the next day the pain had completely stopped. I also found it to actually heal heat rash, some overnight, especially under the breasts and the tummy overhang.
