other uses
No I don't have braces . . .just dentures! LOL I got these to use to hold the tails of fabric together when I wrap a package in fabric like a Fat Quarter. I don't like the way a larger rubber bands has to be wrapped over and over & makes a big lump. When I found my g-daughter's orthodontic bands, the idea hit me to use them. They work great. Occasionally I'll have too big a wad of fabric & they break but usually not with quilting cotton. Don't have a clue as to how well they work for braces!

Great for in visaline with rubber bands.. the bans are sturdy but a bit thinner than the same size give to me by my orthodontist so I just doubled up on each side:)

Omg try these.....!
One day I mean just one day I noticed a half in size of gap between 2 front teeth. Very nice to try. Don't leave the band's in too long or they start going into your gum above the teeth and we'll start bleeding so do it slowly at your own pace with it. I used 2 of the bands for my affects. Tried 3 but it kept sliding off . Can use it on all your teeth to fix over lapping and or gaps. This is a must buy!!!

Not what was promised.
The picture indicated 5 packs of 100 and I got 1 pack of 500. If I was looking to share this would be a problem. The rubber bands may be fine, but I'm not happy so far. :(

From medium to heavy strength
The pack of 300 comes in a single pouch, which was a little confusing at first. Loved these though, I swapped to them from the medium strength ones my Ortho provided and finally saw some movement on a stubborn tooth. Some of them seem to be slightly different thicknesses, but I haven't had any issues with them breaking unexpectedly.
