My little girl is very spoiled and picky. She had previously been on a food that I had delivered to us from a company that produced it in small, monthly batches, so we never had to deal with old pet food that may have been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for who knows how long. But I lost my delivery person, so I had to scramble to find a new food. The lady who was my former delivery person suggested Blackwood. I looked into it, compared ingredients, and tried a small bag. My cat loved it from the start. It's not the tiny kibble pellets, which she TOTALLY rejects, but a small triangle shape she can handle without regurgitation. It seems to be easy for her to break up, agrees with her smell test, and she eats less (because it's not stuffed with fillers), and her poop is solid and almost odor free.
