Best Moisturizer for Dry, Sensitive Skin
Great product! I have bad rosacea and now in my 50โs this compounded by dry skin, especially now that winter is setting in in the NE and the dry heat is on. I used an oil moisturizer a decade ago, purchased from a Japanese firm, which was olive oil based. Superb product, as most of their products were, but just too expensive. Fast forward to the last year, and Iโve tried several drug store brands that were ok, but not cutting it with the patches of really dry skin, and after 10 hours my face felt tight as a drum. I also started using a drug store brand of face soap, which was just terrible. Two months ago my rosacea flared terribly - the worst Iโve ever had. Bright cherry red sores on one cheek forced me to reevaluate my skin care regimen. I ditched the awful face soap, and started with Neutrogenaโs glycerin bar. Improvement, but it really strips the oil off as well. The โultra-hydratingโ this product, as well as others I tried, did nothing. Went to Sephora and tried at least 5 face creams, nothing worked. But I did grab an Argan oil sampler. I ditched the face creams and washes (one supposedly best cleaner made my face turn bright red and my skin actually was painful. That product was returned.) I started with the Argan oil, which was helping, but not giving me the smoothness and didnโt quite fix the dryness. In desperation I turned to Amazon and researched face oils. My Japanese brand was there, and so tempting, but the price! $32 for less than an ounce. Too much for me. So I looked around and spotted this Rosehip Oil. Greater quantity and less than half the cost was a no brained, but would it work? The other reviews were mostly positive so I bought. I waited for 2 weeks before reviewing it, just to see the effects, good or bad. After the 5th day, my face had calmed down considerably. The redness had diminished and the dry patches were smoothing out. But the real change was noticed about 10 days after I started using it. For the first time in years my redness had calmed down to the point I actually went out shopping with no makeup on. Though I do still use liquid foundation (to hide the broken capillaries) I have literally taken 10 years off my face. Iโve had compliments on my โnewโ look, your hair? No just a moisturizer that calms the flares and smoothes my skin. The product does have a woody, nutty scent, which I like very much. Since rosehips are full of vitamin C and other nutrients it is great for calming skin down. Sorry this was so long, but I find authentic reviews help other buyers make their decision. I know I wonโt be changing my skin care routine ever again!

Curing my chronic cystic acne
My skin is highly sensitive and I've suffered from cystic acne for about 10 years now. I'm a female (using hubbys account) and I can't even wear makeup on my face for an hour without it causing some kind of reaction to my skin and breaking out. I've taken all sorts of medications (doxycycline, tetracycline, hormonal birth control, etc) as well as topical creams for acne. It got to the point that I was preparing to start a round of Accutane. I realized the negative affects the medication had on my health and opted instead to start taking birth control to help. That worked for about two years and then my acne suddenly began to get worse, so I got off birth control to try and see if my skin would bounce back. It did somewhat, but my skin seemed to be at the point of no return. My was a scarred and acne ridden. I had all these tiny bumps and then so many large cysts that it actually to do things like talk on my phone or lay on my pillow. Finally, at the advice of my mother, I decided to start using natural products and this is where I started. At first I didn't see anything. My skin is combination oily but lately it was so dry I had big patches of skin that would flake off, this product didn't give my skin as much moisture as I thought it would the first day. The second and third day I didn't see too much improvement and I was thinking that maybe I'd wasted my money, but I kept using it anyway because I knew that I didn't really have anything to lose and I'm so glad I did! Honestly, this is one of the best things I've ever purchased. It did take me a week and a half to see results but my skin now is almost completely clear! It's brought up cysts I've had for months to the surface of my skin and is clearing them up. I've been using this for about three weeks now religiously and I'm so happy to say I've only got five zits now and only two are still cysts. The cysts actually have been shrinking better with just using the rosehip oil than with any spot treatment, mask, or cleanser I've ever used before! I actually don't mind walking out of my house without makeup on anymore and my skin has become so supple and soft without looking or feeling oily. Sometimes when I wake up, my skin looks so beautiful I skin washing it and just apply the oil. My skin, for the first time in my life, is something I look at in the mirror and think, "Wow, my skin looks so good today!" I use this for everything, I use it 2-5 times on my face daily, I mix it into my lotions, I use two drops to smooth frizz and flyaway, and I apply it under a primer when wearing makeup and mix a drop into my concealer (my skins so clear I don't even need foundation anymore). Honestly, if you're hesitating to purchase this, start with the small sample. I wasn't paid or sent this item but I do want to make it clear: just because this helped my skin doesn't necessarily mean it will help yours. But, even if you find you can't use it for your face, this works amazing added to lotion, as a lip oil, mixed into other oils for a hair treatment, and as a hair oil for fixing frizz and flyaways and reliving dandruff. I even use a few drops of this in a spray bottle with some water as something I spray on my cats after I give them baths to help their skin from being dry during cold weather. It really is a very good investment, even if you can't use it exactly as I did I promise you that you will find a use for it! :)

Best Oil and Moisturer for your skin
This is the best oil and moisturizer that I have ever used!! For the past year or so, my skin will become scaly because of dryness and then when I put a moiturizer on my skin it will become irritated, red and itching. I tried so many creams from QVC, HSN and other stores but was very dissappointed to find out that the creams will help for a day or two and then the problem wil come back again. One day I was reading about different types of oils and their benefits. Since I have tried most of them without the results that I wanted and never heard of rosehip oit, I decided to try on this organic rosehip seed oil. The most that I could loose was less than $20 dollars so I went for it. Well, let me tell you. Within two days, I realized that my skin was no longer irritated and red with the use of it. On the third day, I noticed a little peeling. I guess it was shedding out my old dry skin. After that, my skin has become much softer and it is not dried or red anymore. The other day, I tried to reintroduce some face cream on my skin with this oil and my face started to burn again. From now on, I will no use anything else but this oil and add nothing to it. I use it in the morning and night and it absorbs quickly. When you first put it on, it is a little orange but the color goes away. I noticed that even when I put a little too much, my skin does not breakout or become too greasy. I love this oil and will not change a thing on it. I will be using this for a long time and I'm considering in tossing all my other oils and expensive creams. I highly recommend this oil to anyone. It greatly deserves a 5 stars!!

Great Oil, Could Use a Better Bottle Top
Great product. It's a nice light texture, it moisturizes really well, no strong scent, great for acne-prone skin. However, the container could be better. The top is rather flimsy and it doesn't close completely when I twist it shut. I have to be extra careful when packing it in my toiletry bag for a flight.

Great quality rosehip oil
I've been using this oil for about a week now, morning and night as my only product after cleansing. I have combination, acne prone skin. My main issues are dryness, redness and clogged pores. I also have some pigmentation. I wanna start off by saying that I'm very impressed with the quality of this oil. In the past I've had several bottles of rosehip oil from different brands and this one is probably the best one I have tried. It has a bright yellow/orange color (doesn't show up after applying it to the skin and is a sign of a good quality rosehip oil) and a very light, "earthy" smell. It does a great job at keeping my skin moisturized, which for me is unusual as I find most natural oils rather drying. It also doesn't clog my pores. Right after applying it has a very soothing effect on the skin and really calms down any redness. This oil has a very light, "dry" feel to it, so using it is a pure pleasure. I've noticed it speeds up healing of any pimples I have and also seems to be helping with keeping my skin clear. So far I haven't noticed much improvement with pigmentation, but given that I've only been using it for about a week I understand that it takes more time to start seeing a change in this area. I think my favorite thing about rosehip oil is it's brightening effect. I've noticed that whenever I use rosehip oil consistently, my skin looks a lot healthier and more glowy. It also works very well under makeup, helps with achieving a smooth effect, doesn't cause products to move around and doesn't make my skin more oily during the day. I would highly recommend this oil.

this company did great. I was emailed about what I should do ...
I ordered this on Saturday night and received it by Monday afternoon, so as far as shipping goes, this company did great. I was emailed about what I should do in case I have a problem with the condition my bottle arrived in, but everything was perfect. The smell of the oil is almost like sesame seed oil, but once you work it into your skin, you don't smell anything. It's not even a strong smell, I personally don't mind it. And part of the reason I bought it too, as silly as it may sound, was in part due to the packaging. It is so simple and nice- it is straight to the point and I love it. The dropper tends to allow more drops than you plan to use, but that's not an issue either, I just spend an extra minute massaging the oil into my skin. The product itself is wonderful. I'm allergic to most everything you can imagine, so I was scared to try this. But I have been happier with what is happening to my skin than I could imagine. I don't have bad skin to begin with, my skin is neither oily or dry because I have balanced it out over time with coconut oil. I don't usually break out with the exception of a pimple here and there, and blackheads I notice too much in the mirror and start bugging me, but for the most part, my skin is nice. I've had it now three days and I'm in love. In the morning, I use it alone (I store mine in the fridge, so it wakes my skin up in the morning) and it leaves my skin feeling light, clean, and fresh. At night, I massage this into my face and neck and use a tiny amount of coconut oil (which was previously my go-to oil, and still swear by it) and I wake up with beautiful, glowing skin. I get compliments on my skin all the time, and with this, they've gone up. People have been asking what brand of foundation I use, and I wear makeup twice a week, weekends only. It's also helped with scars a lot more quickly than I thought possible. I am absolutely in love with this products, and it helps that this company has GREAT customer service. I'm waiting to try the rose water in a few weeks, but until then, this is my little miracle in a bottle. I'll definitely be ordering this when I start running low.

My first Amazon review - this product is special
For how much I rely on the reviews of other Amazon buyers, it's kind of crazy that I've never actually written one for any product. (And I'm an efficiency-obsessed comparison shopper who consolidates as many things as possible into Amazon shipments, down to and including toothpaste, because I hate running errands- soooo basically *everything* in my life showed up on my doorstep in a brown Amazon box.) What I'm saying is- this product is special. Skincare is my major hobby - I love reading clinical journals for ingredient testing, I love researching different formulations, I love split-testing things on different sides of my face to discern what works best for me. I've done Curology, I've been into k-beauty for years, and I've spent a ton of money on fancy French pharmacy brands (Darphin, Nuxe) trying to achieve and maintain a glowing healthy complexion. However, a few months ago I changed birth control to an IUD (Mirena) and for a couple of weeks my skin was fine but then it was just..... a wreck. Not just in the usual hormonal places along the jawline and chin, but also like, down my neck and chest all the way up to my forehead - breakouts that I couldn't get a handle on. I tried all my usual reliable methods and nothing made more than the slightest difference. I remembered reading about oils with high linoleic acid content being good for acne prone skin and I thought I had nothing to lose, so I researched and compared many brands (on Amazon) and dithered and waffled and finally decided there's no way to know without trying, so I pulled the trigger. I chose Teddie Organics because their oil was cold pressed, organic, had good reviews and was a reasonable price. The day it showed up, I oil cleansed with it (using a microfiber cloth to wash clean) in the evening and then put a few drops all over my face as a moisturizer. In the morning my skin was just..... smoother. The clogged pores under my skin were smaller. Acne spots were healing. I've been using this as an oil cleanser and moisturizer for about a week now and it just keeps de-gunkifying my pores and healing everything. I feel kind of ridiculous that it's this simple. I'm not doing a 7-step Korean routine anymore, I'm not doing my usual chemical exfoliation to keep my breakouts at bay, it's just this right now. I'm aiming to get back to a 'base zero' level before I add any more products back into my routine - probably a light moisturizer over the oil as I'm noticing just a bit of dryness right now, though the winter weather is likely a contributing factor there. Anyway, what I'm saying is - if you've read this far, just try it, you have very little to lose. I'm already planning on when I'm going to order the 4 oz bottle and start using this over pretty much my whole body. Thanks for reading. :)

Little Did I Know
I've been using this oil for a few weeks and can honestly say I'm so impressed. I read about how some famous models and actresses use rosehip oil for aging prevention and moisturization, but decided to buy from Teddie instead of a brand from New Zealand because Teddie seemed to have better customer service and was more affordable. I really only apply it at night since I prefer using a light serum during the day under my makeup. I wash my face like normal and then use a gentle but exfoliating toner to treat/prevent acne, let my face dry, and follow it with this oil. I love that it is a "dry" oil so it absorbs pretty nicely. It absorbs better on my legs and hands than on my face, but I have combo/oily skin on my face so that makes sense. Overall, I've been using it long enough to say it hasn't broken me out and probably won't in the future either. It leaves my face well moisturized and calm despite using a toner designed for acne treatment. I'm very impressed with this oil to moisturize and maybe prevent aging too. Would repurchase! UPDATE: I'm updating to edit my review after the fact. I still like the fast absorption and calming moisture this oil provides, but after doing a bit more research on rosehip oil, I'm a bit disappointed. This oil is cold pressed instead of CO2 extracted, meaning it has a shorter shelf life than it could have if it was CO2 extracted. That being said, as a polyunsaturated oil, it oxidizes when exposed to oxygen and heat, which of course it will be exposed to while the bottle is open while you dispense it and especially while it's on your skin. I will still try to use up as much of this oil as I can, but I really regret purchasing the 4oz bottle now that I know what a short shelf life it really has. I didn't really save any money by buying the 4oz over the 1oz because I had a much better chance of finishing the 1oz bottle and who knows how much will go to waste when it turns rancid soon.

My acne-prone skin cleared up almost instantly
I LOVE THIS. It's like magic. The only thing I wish is that they had a UK-based stockist as ordering from US is a huge wait and also bad for the environment. I've run out and am having to wait 2 weeks, in which time my skin has gone back to being blotchy and spotty. Please come to the UK!!

Perfect for soothing troubled skin!
Soothed redness and moisturized through my rough dry outer layer of skin. It's one of the first things my overreactive skin has taken to. Definitely try if you have issues with redness, dryness and reactivity.
