Fun. Unique. Tasty addition!
I really didn’t know what to expect when I ordered these balsamic beads however, I was eager to give them a shot after seeing them on a cooking show. I was pleasantly surprised at the burst of flavor and they go great on a salad with a lot less of a leaky mess that balsamic dressing can make. The jar that they come in is quite small however, sort of reminds me of caviar, but you don’t necessarily need a lot to enjoy the flavor

Great little add-on to appetizers
This is my third time repurchasing. Good quality balsamic pearls. They have increase in price since the first time I purchased but it seems as though everything has increased in price these days. These add a little burst of flavor to crostini or onto bruschetta appetizers.

Substandard product quality
Disaster...... the quality of the product has been compromised. The manufacturer should not ship this product and should share the risk with consumers. I've spent money wanting a product and now the manufacturer won't stand behind the sale, the item isn't eligible for return. I've ordered 5 jars and find this entirely unreasonable. I want a refund for all 5 jars ordered.

Adds visual interest and a bit of zing to your meal
I had Black Balsamic Pearls on an appetizer in an upscale restaurant. After ruling out that it wasn't caviar, I inquired from the waitress what it was and where I could buy it. She said they were Balsamic Pearls and that I would find them on Amazon's website. They are pricey for sure: But they add just the right amount of visual interest and a bit of zing when you consume one. I will buy these again.

Creative and fun, but not sure of the taste profile on ice cream.
My wife and I went to dinner at a place that had black modena pearls placed on top of ice cream. It was different so we had to buy them. I can't say that I really liked the combination of sweet and sour on my ice cream. Next time we have company we may offer them to our guests, but not convinced this is a winner for me.
