I ordered this plate to try to lose some weight by Portion control. The size of the plate is the perfect size. Amazing value for money, fantastic quality, looks great and images are very clear. Highly recommend this if you’re try to lose weight or just want some portion control.

Nice item, good bright colours.A little overpriced for a plastic plate and i find that it's huge, so be careful not to completely fill it or it defeats the object.Not sure how well it will hold up as its plastic and will probably scratch easily, but only used 3 times as I prefer to eat off ceramic.

I love these plates. I had bought one for myself to try, and it's been a great help. I've lost weight, and I know now how big a portion of each kind of food is appropriate for me to eat. It makes weighing and measuring ingredients unnecessary, and it's so easy to have a nutritious, healthy meal without skimping. I bought 4 more for a friend of mine, as he wants to live more healthily. I'll definitely be buying more of these lovely plates, for myself and as gifts for other friends. They are made of melamine, so are easy to keep and wash, not as fragile as earthenware or china, very light, and extremely practical. Great as a gift, and great to buy for yourself. Good value for money.

Plate is larger than my usual dinner plate and as I already work my meal in the ratio recommended, not much use to me.Expensive for what it is [5X what my dinner plate cost]

Bought this for myself to cut down on my meals it is all about portion control, hopefully. 🤞🤞
