I get compliments everywhere I go. I'm a truck driver for FedEx freight, and every pick up that I go to, it never fails! I always get compliments. Apart from that, the customer service is amazing! I jumped off my tractor, and the pocket clip got caught on something, and it broke off.. And not that easy, it gave a good tug. I contacted the manufacturer, and they shipped out another pocket clip, no questions asked. Love the product, and the service. I ordered extra ink cartridges for the new pens I ordered. I thought it was a fluke that the ink that came with the new pen ran out after a couple of weeks, so I ordered a pack of refills. The refills will last about a week and then run out. I tried heating the ink tip and that worked for a couple of sentences only. I liked the idea of the pen I purchased, but it obviously does not work without the special sized ink cartridge. Pen ink usually last me for years.
